Salon Policies and Booking Guidelines

Some services require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and may be transferred one time with at least 12 hours’ notice.

If you arrive beyond your appointment time, or notify us at or after your scheduled appointment time, a $15 Time Management Fee will be applied.

This fee supports our operational scheduling structure, as late arrivals may require adjustments that impact guests scheduled afterward.

If you provide at least 15 minutes’ advance notice that you are running late, the fee will be waived. We always appreciate proactive communication.

Please note:

• Services may be shortened or adjusted

• Rescheduling may be required if timing does not permit

• Unpaid fees may restrict future booking privileges

At TruByouti, client satisfaction matters. Any concerns must be communicated directly to the salon promptly so we may address them. Refunds are not issued, and chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted and will result in suspension of booking privileges. Adjustments or future service discounts may be offered at management’s discretion.

We kindly ask for 12 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a 30% cancellation fee, applied at the discretion of the service provider.
