Salon Policies and Booking Guidelines

Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are:

• Non-refundable, and

• Transferable once with at least 12 hours’ notice.

At TruByouti, we value everyone’s time. We understand delays happen. If you arrive late your services may be shortened or modified to respect the next client’s reserved time. If the next client arrives on time, you may be placed on hold or rescheduled. If the stylist’s schedule allows, servicing a late arrival is at the stylist’s sole discretion and may be shortened or declined. Your punctuality helps us serve everyone efficiently.

At TruByouti, client satisfaction is important to us. Should there ever be a concern with your service, we require the opportunity to address the matter in person and within a reasonable timeframe. Concerns must be communicated directly to the salon before escalating to third parties.

If adjustments are appropriate, a discount toward a future service may be offered at management’s discretion.
Refunds are not issued under any circumstances. 

By booking and receiving services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:

• TruByouti does not issue refunds for completed services.

• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals are not permitted.

• Any attempt to file a chargeback will result in immediate suspension of future booking privileges.

• Clients agree to resolve any service-related concerns directly with TruByouti management.

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 30% cancellation fee, applied at the discretion of the service provider.
